Because Bishop and Lady Pierce receive an extremely high volume of requests, staff contact could be up to one week. Availability: Members of The REAL Church will be given priority on our waiting list. Bishop and Lady Pierce will gladly see non-members as the schedule allows.
Session Duration: A typical session is one hour however, the length of counseling may be extended as needed.
Cancellations or Reschedules: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reschedule others who are on the waiting list. Failure to keep appointments (2 cancellations or no shows) or give proper notice of cancellation will result in termination of sessions.
Homework: Homework is a vital part of the change process; therefore, completion of the homework assignments before your next session is expected. What is expected of you? It is our belief that change must begin with ourselves as we look to Christ for the power to change.
Donations to Counseling Ministry: Once your appointment has been confirmed, a staff member will instruct you on how to support this ministry through donations while you are receiving counseling.
