Bishop Norman G. Pierce, II is a distinguished Leader, Founder, Pastor, and Lead Servant of The Real Church located in Albany, GA, affectionately known as “The Good Life City.” He was born and raised in the vibrant city of Savannah, Georgia. Starting his schooling in the Chatham County Public School System, Bishop Pierce attended Valdosta Public School System where he received his High School Diploma.
Motivated by a deep desire to enhance his knowledge and skills, he pursued higher education at Grantham University, earning an Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Biblical Studies/Theology from North Carolina College of Theology; a Master of Divinity from Beulah Heights University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry. Acknowledged for his exceptional intellectual acumen, Bishop Pierce has been appointed as a Professor at Beulah Heights University, where he imparts his wisdom and guides aspiring individuals on their spiritual journey.
With a dedicated commitment to spreading the gospel, Bishop Pierce has been actively preaching for over 25 years, utilizing his remarkable oratory skills and unwavering faith. His ministry extends far beyond his local congregation, as he tirelessly travels to various locations, ministering the transformative Word of God. Throughout his ministry, Bishop Pierce has had the privilege of learning from and being mentored by influential spiritual leaders, shaping his perspective and strengthening his dedication to his calling.

Affectionately known as Lady P, Lady Kizzie Pierce is a native of South Georgia and a current resident and proud member of the community in Albany, Georgia. She is a licensed and ordained Elder who gracefully serves as the leading lady at The Real Church Albany, GA under the leadership of Bishop Norman Pierce, II. She holds both an Associates and Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and is currently pursuing additional study at Beulah Heights University. She is a Human Resources professional and certified in recruiting and healthcare management.
In 2019, Lady Kizzie founded The She Power Movement, a ministry dedicated to empowering and equipping women to activate the strength and power God has given them to fulfill His purpose and plan for their lives. Lady Kizzie enjoys inspiring others and leading them into the presence of God as a spiritual leader and worshipper. She is regarded by many as a kind, powerful woman who never tires of encouraging others that their homes should be their first Ministries.
Lady Kizzie modestly performs her duties as wife, mother, as well as vibrant leader and mentor to women in her church, community and abroad. She is well known for her practical approach to teaching the Bible and conducting marital conferences, retreats, and so much more in the Kingdom of God. She often states, out all of the things that she has accomplished in life and ministry, her greatest passion and gift is the ministry of helps.
